At Dutch Bros Coffee, Jen played a crucial role in preparing the company for its $484 million IPO—the largest in Oregon’s history. She not only built the Financial Planning and Analysis function from the ground up but also implemented strategic frameworks that provided actionable insights into key investment decisions.
At AIIP, Jen will apply this same strategic lens to our deal diligence work. Her track record of uncovering hidden value and identifying potential risks will enhance our ability to make informed, high-impact investments.
