Jay’s career spans more than four decades, marked by extraordinary accomplishments as an entrepreneur, business leader, and community advocate. He is best known for his role as CEO and Chairman of Viewpoint Construction Software, where he transformed the organization into a global leader in ERP, ECM, BIM, and collaboration software for the construction industry. In recognition of his leadership and vision, Jay was named Tech Executive of the Year in 2013. Under Jay’s guidance, Viewpoint expanded its footprint across the United States, Canada, Australia, and Europe, providing groundbreaking solutions to construction firms and stakeholders worldwide. 

After 25 years at the helm of Viewpoint, Jay retired in 2015. However, retirement didn’t slow him down—it marked the beginning of a new chapter.

As the founder and managing partner of 10 Branch LLC, Jay has channeled his expertise into a range of ventures that reflect his entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to community development. The family office focuses on:

• Real Estate Development: Notable projects include the creation of Beacon Lake Oswego, a premier mixed-use development featuring co-working spaces managed by Centrl Office and Ironlight, a world-class event center.
