AI Infrastructure Partners Announces AIIP Fund LP Now Open

AI Infrastructure Partners (AIIP), a specialized fund manager focused on AI infrastructure-linked lower middle market opportunities, is pleased to announce that AIIP Fund, LP is now open and accepting subscriptions from accredited investors. 

With a target fund size of $75 million, it is our goal to have just a single close, in January or February of 2025 (an aggressive goal – our documents allow for multiple closes). The fund will target 5–8 investments in high-potential companies where deep operational expertise and AI infrastructure applications can drive transformative growth. 

Performance Goals: 

• Net IRR: Over 30% 

• Equity Multiple (MOIC): Greater than 7x 

AIIP’s investment strategy leverages the extensive operational and investment experience of its founders, including decades of building and scaling businesses in the AI and technology sectors. By concentrating on opportunities in the lower middle market, AIIP seeks to deliver outsize returns through hands-on engagement and targeted growth strategies.
