Veteran semiconductor operator to scale AIIP’s infrastructure platform and accelerate execution across fabs and AI factories
Austin, Texas, January 29, 2026 – AI Infrastructure Partners (“AIIP”), the operating company building and owning the industrial backbone of advanced compute, today announced the appointment of Mark Eden as Chief Operating Officer. A senior operating executive with more than three decades of experience across the global semiconductor ecosystem, Eden will lead AIIP’s end-to-end operating system, spanning manufacturing operations, workforce development, supply chain integration, and capital deployment.
“Mark is the rare operator who can translate national-scale industrial strategy into repeatable execution,” said Jason Frank, CEO and Co-founder of AI Infrastructure Partners. “His record delivering factory ramps, integrating complex sub-fab systems, and standing up durable workforce and supplier programs is exactly what our mission demands. With Mark as COO, AIIP will scale our infrastructure-as-a-service model with the rigor, cadence, and safety culture our customers and the country expect.”
Eden’s career has been defined by leadership at the intersection of engineering complexity, capital intensity, and national manufacturing outcomes. He has overseen large-scale tool installations, factory ramps, and infrastructure programs supporting the world’s most advanced manufacturers, delivering more than $500 million in direct financial impact and accelerating time to revenue in high-volume production environments. He brings a 360-degree perspective across both IDM and OEM vantage points, bridging deeply technical execution with enterprise-level strategy.
At AIIP, Eden will play a central role in advancing a vertically integrated, long-duration operating model purpose built for semiconductor manufacturing and AI factory expansion. The model is designed to prebuild capacity years ahead of demand, align mission-driven capital with long-cycle manufacturing economics, and strengthen U.S. supply chain resilience.
“AIIP is not building projects—we are building an operating system for America’s most critical manufacturing infrastructure,” said Mark Eden, Chief Operating Officer of AI Infrastructure Partners. “Semiconductor fabs and AI factories only succeed when capital, workforce, supply chain, and execution are designed as one integrated system. That is what AIIP is assembling. My focus is translating long-horizon industrial strategy into repeatable, disciplined execution—delivering capacity on time, at quality, and at global cost competitiveness. This is how durable manufacturing leadership is rebuilt.”
