AI Infrastructure Partners Welcomes Damon Pitler as Managing Director, Investments

We are excited to announce that Damon Pitler has joined AI Infrastructure Partners as Managing Director, Investments. Damon brings over two decades of leadership and investment management expertise in real operating asset investment platforms spanning critical infrastructure supply chains, digital infrastructure and agri-logistics. Damon is also a member of the team at EVelution Energy, an American critical minerals processing platform. Damon has developed collaborative dialogues between institutional private capital and the Department of Defense as well as think tanks and Congressional committees committed to onshoring and the revitalization of our domestic industrial base. 

Over the last few years, Damon has participated in the launch of an international agri-logistics strategy, designed a cold storage logistics platform, and advised several real asset platforms on operating and capital structure. Damon also served as Managing Director, Infrastructure, at Pennybacker Capital, where he designed the firm’s critical infrastructure strategy. 

Damon also served as Senior Investment Manager, Real Assets at Teacher Retirement System of Texas, overseeing domestic and international infrastructure investments and the Real Asset Emerging Manager Program in partnership with GCM Grosvenor. 

Prior to landing in Austin, TX, Damon spent over six years in São Paulo, Brazil, holding leadership positions at Brookfield Asset Management and OAS S.A., where he structured large-scale joint ventures for vertically integrated infrastructure investments. Earlier in his career, he worked in securitization at Credit Suisse. Damon began his professional journey as an international M&A and capital markets attorney at Clifford Chance, LLP. 

Damon holds a Juris Doctorate from The George Washington University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Emory University. 

Damon’s leadership, global investment expertise, and proven ability to navigate complex capital structures will be invaluable as we continue to build and scale AI Infrastructure Partners.
