Veteran investment, corporate governance, capital markets, and risk leader joins AIIP as it works to Restore American Technology Manufacturing Leadership
AUSTIN, Texas, [Date]. AI Infrastructure Partners (AIIP) today announced the appointment of Charles N. Bralver to its Board of Advisors, adding a seasoned business leader with deep experience in institutional investment, corporate governance, capital markets, and strategic risk management.
Mr. Bralver is Chairman of Sigma7 and a Board Director of AkinovA. Over the course of his career, he has held senior leadership and board roles across financial services, advisory, and institutional strategy, including positions with Canaccord Genuity Group, The Co-operative Bank plc, NewStar Financial, Massif Capital, Warburg Pincus, and Oliver, Wyman & Company, where he was Co-founder and Vice Chairman.

Mr. Bralver is also a member of Business Executives for National Security (BENS), the nonpartisan organization that brings private-sector expertise to major U.S. national security challenges. His involvement with BENS strongly aligns with AIIP’s mission to Restore American Technology Manufacturing Leadership, reflecting the belief that rebuilding America’s industrial base for semiconductors and AI is not only an economic priority, but a national imperative.
